I've had a two tell me, "it wasn't worth the headache" and "too much grief", but since they didn't elaborate, I thought maybe they were fired or the new place was more suited to the schedule because their rates were the same.

It's too bad when they are gone one day and no way of learning if they are working elsewhere. That happened to me quite a few times.
