No suggestions for actual footwear, but a yoga pose that has helped my aching feet -----on your back with your bottom as close to a wall as possible, extend your legs up the wall and just be still with your legs elevated and heels resting gently on the wall. ย My yoga instructor asked us to do this twice a day every day for 5 minutes ----- it made a world of difference to me.I am so glad to have found this message board! ย What great discussions!
