If she was trafficked, you can also represent her and get her a Temporary Resident Permit which allows her to work legally in Canada. Most fully legit spots will require her legal status before she can work. The problem is that each TRP is only 180 days so it has to be renewed twice a year.
Even without legal status in Canada to work, some semi-legit spots with spare rooms will take fully-legit masseuses to handle the fully-legit clients, cash only, 50/50 split on the base fee and she keeps the tips (if any), no questions asked, just be up front with the owner. Be careful though, there are one or two shady owners in town too.
