Like cialis they are vasodilators. Can bring blood pressure down and help with BPH. I personally like 2.5mg as a pre workout for the gym. Better then any pump supplement.

Unless someone considers your penis is actually your heart, it's complete nonsense. It doesn't help blood flow to your heart. It only helps flood flow to the penis. If someone is having problems with their heart, they have bigger problems, and Viagara certainly won't cure them.

It is pretty easy to get a prescription, just ask your family doctor. I do not know about health insurance coverage.
