Best MPA for Russian finish?

Preferably at one of the bigger spas (Flirt, Premier chain), which current MPAs would you guys recommend that give the best paizuris? A decent dirty talker would be an added bonus.

I can't speak for dirty talkers, but I've personally enjoyed great Russian finishes from the following:

Most MPAs who have the assets are happy to do this for no extra cost, even at the lower mileage spas. Just bring it up during the session

Totally agree. Russian Finish is completely within MPA limits IMHO.
I've always requested it, and MPA's who have the assets are happy to oblige (no extra cost).
Anybody else have recommendations for a good Russian finish?
