All I can say is:

1.) She's damn cute:

I'd rate her at an 8.25 which is about the same as Tamara, but not quite as attractive as Shanti (8.75) or Halle. (9+) IMO of course.

2.) I've already had Shanti/receptionist duo fantasies.

Bgirl is in reference to Studio B which is now closed but spawned the 3 current locations, Star, Lexa, and Gemini (and formerly Santa Clara which was sold).

I was at Star Studio (Scarborough) in late April or early May and the girl who answered the door was Josie

(from an earlier post: Josie - Chinese/Filipino; She is slightly above the 5 foot mark, is of a medium build with a nice set of natural D cups. Long straight black hair and a few small tasteful tats. She is facially appealing, but not stunning, just a shy above being cute and add to that her bubbly tone of voice and you have one nice package.)

I was intrigued and wanted to go back to visit her again. When I called Star in late July, they said she was working at Gemini. However, the girl named Josie there was a skinny Flip with no rack. Needless to say that I was disappointed.

Query - does anyone know what happened to the original Josie and where I can find her for some fun times?

I remember asking one of the more famous Bgirls her take on this and she mentioned what Rev said above. She also had a different take on the topic. She said that many members refer to the "B" as being in the looks department, which many Bgirls take offense to, and preferred to consider themselves to be the girl next door type. I didn't really go further on that and changed the subject to avoid a sub par session.

The urban dictionary defines Bgirl as follows:

bgirl- not only is a bgirl an accomplished breaker, but the true bgirl must also respect the hip hop culture. Unless the person represents the culture correctly, it does not matter how good the person is at dancing, they are not a bgirl.

Some background info ...

Studio B was located in Scarborough just south of the current Star Studio location. The switch was made last year.

Santa Clara was located in the west end at the intersection of St. Clair and Duferin.

The acronym used was "SB" for Studio B and "SC" for Santa Clara, which you may encounter when doing a search.

The Josie you're looking for does indeed work at Gemini (and sometimes Star and Lexa).
Based on your description, I think the thinner girl you saw @ Gemini was Tori who only worked there for a few weeks.

However, I did meet girls named "Josie" at both Star and Gemini. The Josie that I saw at Star at the beginning of May (which is the one that I am looking for) was not the same one that I saw at Gemini in July.

What is the deal? Perhaps the girl I am thinking about isn't named Josie, but I could have sworn it was. From what I was told by the other girls, she had a history of "tipping the tables" with her unbelievable body slides at Star. Does this ring any bells? Thanks.
