After you seeing Coco she did not show up at the west for many weeks, did something happen then? I will be asking her and will be posting. In the meantime, I suggest you stay away and you can post for the other struggling spas in the area. I will post anything that anyone says about you.

Good morning, great customer service, trying to discredit your customers.

Clearly, you like an east end scrap, what you don't know I'm from Scarborough and we in Scarborough enjoy a good scrap.

Yes, I asked for her number as I do in most cases if I am going to repeat.

But that had nothing to do with the situation, to be fair, maybe in translation or lack of communication that her view, or was she coached by you.

So Jimmy, you can go FxxK yourself, this spa won't survive if. you don't treat its customers with respect, it's different in the west end, a much more refined group.

You might take a lesson here.

Visit one I tipped her $100 for average situation, and Visit two I tipped her $50 for 10 minutes in the room. My disappointment and information is 100%.

Your post and work here is a disgrace and very bad customer service, trying to shame your customers instead of treating them with respect will NOT BE LOST on the members here.

I won't be back for some time, seems most of what is said about you is correct ... you don't control the narrative here with these kinds of tactics.

Coco is a lovely girl and I had a very good experience, post visit, I had 10 or 20 calls screaming about a review or not a review.

I've had two visits with her and highly recommend her. Two very different stories.

Really? Many of the ladies will offer up their number, especially after a couple visits. Generally not to "chit chat" with them but often so you can contact them directly when you want to come see them. Some of the girls really like this approach, can plan their days etc. In my mind not a big difference asking a lady for her number for same purpose. Maybe I'm in the minority here.....

Very much agree with this. I read all the Oakville reviews generally, and Sundance's reviews have almost all been positive for ladies he has seen at SL-W. Even the first Echo review was positive. Are we not allowed to reflect on a session that was not ideal.... where something was off. If a lady is great, then one or two reviews that are negative will barely scratch the service -- what is does do is provide validity to the review process. It's not always rosy all the time.
Fortunately there are a lot of good providers scattered around Oakville, Burlington, West missisauga. Plenty to go around.

Not sure what is going on here with this thread however my 2 cents would be : a good spa is open to all feedback because their intent is to provide a good service at a reasonable rate and build a loyal client base.

On the other hand, a spa with a sole focus of maximizing daily cash flow will want to ensure all the negative feedback is hidden so clients will try once. They are not concerned about repeat business.

So....if a spa is banning members for providing negative feedback, they are likely not a great place to spend your hard earned after tax $$.

If someone is banned due to actual harassment of the staff, that obviously makes sense. Some of us have entitlement and anger mgt issues, no question about that.

Things have been handled poorly—are you the reason?
You’re not qualified to represent any business.
Instead of calming things down and building relationships, you provoke, argue, ban, and use multiple accounts to silence others.

I had two visits with Echo, seems more like a misunderstanding.
The second visit wasn’t a good outcome, my review was respectful enough.
Yet you blamed the customer. That’s your pattern, bully, shame, harass & ban.
You’re a PR liability, not an asset.

Everyone knows. You know. The customers know. The girls know. The other spas know.
Jimmy—fake reviews, nonstop posts, banning customers—you’re on some trip.

Not every visit goes perfectly. That’s just part of any business.

You act like SL West is the only one that matters. It’s not.
There are great spas and providers in the area.

I stand by my review. The outcome was unfortunate.
