I had her before but only had a short session - this time opted for the full hour.

I'm a little confused. You went to a Semi instead of a Legit and basically asked for only a massage which the room fee would be $40 so she would make peanuts. And she says she wants more than $20(half the room fee) because she could see another guy who will let he include a hj and she'd get $40 more and make $60 and you're pissed? Why not go where they offer what you are looking for?
If a guy is new to a girl or not recognized as a reg by the boss I don't see why a girl should put herself out there and work hard and put herself behind the 8 ball. There are plenty of tales of cheap-ass motherfuckers out there. Every girl has em. Probably weekly.
Having clear expectations from both ends is best for both parties in any negotiation.
