You wait 10-12 days for chlamdyia or gonnorhea, approx 28 days for syphillis, and 2 months for HIV (used to be 3, a doctor told me recently their tests are now quite reliable at 2). Don't know what it is for Hep B & Hep C. If you go the the emergency room and just say that you had a condom pop and you don't know her status, they will give you the pills and shots right on the spot to treat chlamydia and gonhorrea.
PEP has a very high prevention rate if taken within the first 24 hours after exposure, but that effectiveness erodes quickly the longer you wait after 24 hours. That being said, the chances of vaginal HIV transmission to you are apparently quite low, and many doctors may not even prescribe it for you if it was just a tinder date gone wrong. If you are super cagey, they may infer it's a sex worker and be more likely to let you go with it.
