The short answer is that people who have recovered from COVID-19 cannot spread the virus to others unless they become reinfected themselves. The bad news is that reinfection is possible after 5-6 months.

For reasons explained above, someone who has recovered would actually be a safer contact...but how the fuck do you know? It's a risk, plain and simple. There are no guarantees and now with new strains peeping up, it's more of a crap shoot than ever.
