If the chance of GETTING COVID is less than 1%, and dying from Covid is less than 1%, then by vaccinating yourself, you are only giving yourself MORE chances to catch some other serious disease or death.

That''s how useless this vaccine really is, on top of it not being able to "cure" covid , since you can STILL GET IT , AND EVEN DIE, and you can STILL pass it on.

I started typing a response about how this all works but there’s no point.

The vaccine won't prevent you from getting the virus. I think that's part of why the numbers are jumping up like crazy as people think they're bullet proof and no longer observe social distancing. The vaccine helps reduce the chance of the virus causing the disease that we know as COVID19, and if it does develop into COVID19, it reduces the chance that you will need to be hospitalized. The anti-bodies that comes from the vaccine will help fight the virus and the disease. People sometimes forget there are two components to this pandemic. There is the virus and the disease. The ONLY thing that stops getting the virus is to NOT come in close contact with someone who has the virus or has the disease.
