You eating this place alive. I was there a couple of times and both times I got a good massage. Extras might be limited, but the 2 girls I saw were ok.
There is parking, is not dirty (2 times there). Up for sale? Might be where is the ad for sale? lol Looks like revenge work here

They got a stand alone structure and renovated it to what they wanted. New Market's Lotus Spa on Davis Rd did the same thing. The one adjacent to the hospital. That place was never busy for what I could see but inside it looked GREAT
