My experience there is nothing much different from yours. I agree whatever you say. I will call it "their policy" and their ads are very clear say " no extras". Don't expect from Gloria or Dancer...not to follow company policy. Everything else what Gloria or Dancer doing doesn't matter or it's not relevant at all. Don't forget Gloria learned lots of things from her master at Xiaoping, when she was there. Gloria is also mother and wife and for sure she will look for her reputations.
