A veteran NY police officer went on Tucker Carlson to give his position. He ended up stating he thought the force used by Chauvin was excessive. Tucker ends up giving a weird, kind of condescending, laugh and then cuts him off and ends the segment with a “Nope! Done!”.

They can't even take her out of context properly lol...this was when she was filling out the questionnaire ahead of the trial, hence why she refers to not being fully abreast of the facts. She also says this in the half-hour sit down she gave a local NBC affiliate. She also talks about the most compelling testimony, which led to her belief that Chauvin was guilty, came from the expert witnesses, especially the pulmonologist. Really telling that you went straight to the peanut gallery instead of the source, which is freely available online.

I expect irresponsible reporting from Fox. But if this is what you call "cancel", then yeah, you just re-affirmed my opinion that in comparison to what's happening in other major media, Fox looks reasonable. Carlson let this guy have his say and basically concedes that Chauvin's actions were bad policing. He obviously wants to shift the conversation to the wider issue of how police should respond to rioting, but I think in this instance he was stupid to do so. He invited the guy on to talk about the verdict after all.
