I've heard it doesn't show symptoms if your immune system is above par. And I don't know if there's a way to test it when there are no visible sores.

Every time I'm about to get a bbbj or about to go down on her, genital/oral herpes is at the forefront of my mind. Then the doors of heaven open and I forget the world.

If u assume every girl has it, that would be a nightmare for each hobbyist...the way it spreads is skin-touching which means bbbj, daty and the area that isn't covered by rubber would be at risk...

You should assume everyone in this hobby has it. Let's get some basic misconceptions out of the way.

• Spreads via skin to skin contact
• Viral shedding can be present at any time, so you can spread it without any visible lesions or sores.
• Just because you have no symptoms doesn't mean you don't have it. Some people show symptoms, some don't. You may not even know the symptoms.
• Some common symptoms: small fluid filled blisters, cold sores, urethritis, pain when you pee, tingling/itching in your junk, smelly discharge. You may have some or none and still be infected.
• You can get hsv1 orally and genitally, same with hsv2.
• STD tests DO NOT test for herpes. You will have to pay $200 for a special Igg test if you want a blood test. This will only be accurate 3 months after exposure. If you have a sore that can be swabbed, it's more accurate and you can be tested right away. Tests can often have false negatives, false positives also occur but to a lesser degree.
