I didn't make anything up. I was responding to Sybarite who said that just by suggesting the election was stolen Trump had incited an insurrection. Trump's challenge to the election happened through court cases.

Trump beginning around the summer realized he was going to lose and started pushing the rigged election plot if he lost. That was the seed which he nurtured and his loyal insurrectionist mob latched onto and became -"stop the steal" Trump then over several weeks called for a Jan 6 rally in DC where lots was going to happen. Yes rigged/stop the steal took time to develop but was planned ending on Jan 6.

Of course it was a tribal farce, and for the very reasons I've explained repeatedly. The charge behind the impeachment was insurrection, not challenging the election. The Democrats have said far more incendiary things likely to incite violence than Trump has. Hence, hypocritical, tribal, farce.

Trials are not Trump law but based on the defendants actions leading to and resulting in the crime. Not what somebody else did/said at sometime elsewhere. Donald thinks he can rob a bank because others have.....btw ..the charge was-Incitement of insurrection

Barack Obama won 873 Counties in 2008.
Somehow, Biden beat Obama in total votes.
