How is it a fantasy? I'm having real sex with real women.

It's definitely not a quick release, I usually do a quick release before a go to bed, and that's less than 5 minutes.

Fantasy for sure, although it can be in many forms. GFE, PSE, long courting, passionate hot encounter etc.
Going in with the intent of just a quick release is too mechanical and like an assembly line. A good $ is paid for the encounter, might as well let yourself get lost in the moment and enjoy the role play. I can't imagine that the attendants wouldn't want to have what ever fun they can as well instead of being treated like a drive through window. Obvious to each their own....but what I want is what my girlfriend isn't giving me...for xyz reason ..maybe something I've seen in porn...maybe something an ex used to do...but it's definitely a fantasy...I can release all of my own if that was the reason

Different guys want different things, and each want different things during different sessions.

Sometimes I go in just wanting a hardcore session where the only goal is that release. Those are the sessions where I usually go for MSOG.
But most times I prefer the slow tease and build-up to one awesome finale.

Fantasy is kind of a separate thing. I tend to be aware at all times of the...reality of the situation: I'm paying in exchange for certain services. That said, I'm hooking up with a hottie, and that's enough fantasy for me.
