Usually you're paying extra in the room for the service provided, regardless of the session length. The length of the session is covered by the door fee.

It all depends on how hard you make them work. And how intimate.

There is normally no difference between 30 and 45 minutes for tipping unless you want multiple shots. Even then, if its just handjobs, it can still be the same, since they require little effort.
