They don't require your name or OHIP as it is anonymous they only require a contact number/email to provide you the results.

You don't need to ask about HPL girls. Just assume they do it but don't be brazen about it. See them a couple of times and they'll let you in. If you're a dick about it they'll just block you or even ban you from the agency.

If she jerks you off endlessly while making out with you assume she's ready to let you in but wants you to make the move. It's like their go to move. I've had that happen to me with several girls at HPL.
