LOL, didn't think my post would get such a reaction. I don't usually participate in these back and forth postings, but there's so much misleading things in your response so I'll post some counterpoints....maybe I caught you on a bad day and you are in a bad mood, if that's the case, sorry.

At the beginning of the massage I did ask the older lady what happened to the first lady who brought me to the room....but she either doesn't understand English very well or was pretending not to understand me.

And after when I spoke to you, it was too late. What's the point of switching to someone else for 10 minutes? I'd rather just leave. By the way the massage ended much earlier than 53 minutes, you can ask the lady....I had gotten up and was replying to an email but she didn't seem to understand when I said I'm ready to leave and she was just watching me while I was on my phone.

You're implying you gave me some sort of special discount. Sorry but that's your own promo price that everyone is getting.... it's not a discount for me.

LOL re: gift card. Again you're implying I was trying to pay with a starbucks gift card or something. . It was literally a 10 second conversation about a prepaid gift Visa credit card:
Me: you accept credit ?
You: yes:
(I made the mistake of opening my wallet in front of you to take out the card and you saw I had lots of cash)
You: why don't you pay cash if you have
Me: I want to use up this visa gift credit card.
You: we don't accept that, only bank ones
Me: ok.

And I just paid with cash. That was the end of the conversation, I didn't say anything else about it.

You told me you wants pay with gift card, is yellow card, I told you not, you ask me why, I told you : you can pay RBC, CIBc bmo ,TD …..

I don't even know her name, but still feels kind of mean that I'm saying it but you seem to want to lie about this situation.
