Even past Shangrila staff have continued along the same vibe, two of them in particular that I have enjoyed a good amount of time with out of the spa come to mind.

Are you associated with the spa? Are you an investor? Are you silent partners? If no.... why are you posting here?

These things happen because mistakes were made. It is better for someone to admit their mistakes and move forward correcting them.... that shows moral character and integrity.

Defending someone blindly is in no way helping her situation. It is pretty sad actually. If mistakes were made, no big deal , let her figure them out. What you are doing, sir, is making her look worse.
