… if u buy a few , u can resell @ profit or live off income… or setup an incall… or all of the above!

right now the real estate market is very risky. with the raising interest rates, the value of houses will take a big hit and also not to mention how many of us can actually afford a million dollar homes?

From my own experiences: it boils down to whether the girl has a long term plan with actual goals, or short term with essentially no plan.

I've had girls I've seen for years open up to "why," and the ones who exited on their own terms. The ones who exited on their own terms (for whom I'm genuinely happy for) transitioned to:

• Leveraging their ECE, and opening up a daycare
• Becoming a human trafficking advocate
• Becoming a real estate agent in a completely different city and province
• Opening up their own spa and managing
• Becoming an author and hockey mom
• (as mentioned above) Becoming a RN at a University St. Hospital

There are too many girls who have absolutely no plan, get caught up in the $$$, travel, freedom, partying, and have age/fast living catch up:

• Retiring and un-retiring many times - if they're attached to an agency/spa, freely provide their personal contact info, so you can book directly, seeing them before/after "official" hours, cutting out the agency/spa fee
• Moving to OnlyFans, IG, YouTube, trying to become an "influencer," peddling cheap bikinis and trashy/slutty/WTF clothes
• Living a lie that they have plans that never seem to get past fantasy to reality to fruition
• Being a "student" for more than a decade, not realizing there is a limitation of how long every University allows to get an undergrad degree
• That their substance use is under control and they can manage and handle it
• What was tight and sexy no longer is

Never a pretty picture. With many fooling themselves they have a plan which is really finding a SD as a gold-digger. But how appealing after 100s if not 1,000s of clients.

Retiring and un-retiring is a pretty big flag that they’re stuck in this industry. I try to avoid these ones because I don’t want to see the downward spiral.

Usually when they come back, they come back with more liberal services to make up for lost cash flow while trying to retire.

Found out my ex went to a strip club when she was 18 and was molested by her uncle when she was 8 and her father passed away when she was 3 met her at 6 we grew up together she was always a good girl but gradually she became more and more slutty i was married to someone else didnt know she was becoming slutty she never believed in having sex before marriage i started dating her few years ago and found out a year later she was working at a spa in finch i asked her why she got into this she said she was desperate for cash i broke up with her but kept her as a booty call i never expected her to work at a place like this now she's claiming she'd never go back and is religious again. It really depends on how bright the MPA is. Some will find a cash cow husband or sugar daddy and boyfriend to support their high end lifestyle and will quit the industry altogether. Others will become homeless and addicted to different drugs, there will be MPAs going back to school, and some MPAs will become spa owners....

Since I dunno s, hard 2give percentages… we all no owners & spa mgrs who use 2b mpas… theyre businesswomen, some very smart… any still in biz after all those lockdowns qualify as canny

The one I no who ‘retired’… had ambition 2 own a spa, but life caught up w her & she nvr saved enuf … life as in family responsibilies… altho ofc older, still slim & pretty enuf, & sees a few old clients on the side “grocery $$$”… her joke… in the rm, shes way less sensual, so I suggested we dont repeat…

I think she got caught up in the lifestyle, then once she needed 2 build a future, she tried but 2late

Sounds like a doctoral dissertation, lol. Unfortunately one that would never get green lit by any reputable University. I for one, am curious.

I know numerous dancers that have gone on to things such as property management, Personal Shit Wiper, and one is hooking at.the age of 58 but of course advertising herself to be much younger.

They get trapped by the easy money for a few hours of work and find it hard to settle into a real life 9-5 job.

They made their bed and they will have to deal with the consequences of wrinkled sheets and wrinkled skin.

the industry is quite realistic. Remember the girls don't get paid unless they have customers. No girl will be waiting all day hoping a customer will see her. Some will open their spa businesses. I always tell the girls think very carefully. How they are going to get the girls working for them, where to open the business, make a good projection on how much expenses they will have and how much revenue they will get and so on. Some will succeed and some will be burned pretty bad.

They realize very quickly things are different when you’re the owner. More hats to wear, not just showing up for a shift. Well said btw Brother

Keep in mind as well, mob and biker harrassment. I've known strip club owners both in US and Canada that had to deal with that side of the equation. Not saying its always encroaching but it's a real threat you have to be aware of depending where you open

I'm my opinion and one whose been involved with a couple of those types ladies (not intentionally) steer clear of them. They are broken, and unrepairable in my opinion. Again, just from what I've experienced

I don't disagree with your observation and opinion. I've also often experientially found it to be true.

But also found that when you're able to see on a good day, that the experience can be good and beneficial for both. The challenge is finding those sunny days.

Many of them simply kill themselves. You never hear about them because suicides are not reported. It’s a shame. The Asians pretty much all leave and go back to their countries and live their lives.
