Really now a days there is no more genuineness in our forum.
I am requesting all new joiners don't post repeated FRS on Indies like Zia,bushra... unknowingly you only create demand of these Indies, and which resulted in rate hiking, I don't understand why people paying 5k to 15k to indies,whose earlier rates were just 3to5k only...earlier fr frequency were less,now days i can see anyone who joined forum immediately within 1or2 days he posts fr, and I don't know why other senior member are helping them without even seen their profile details...we are loosing charm of our forum I can say...just for example...I have 1st introduced Payal Shetty to jameslecher a genuine member of forum,I was getting excellent service like gf from her with marginal amount including all,but after I introduced her in forum her rates hiked so much, and many coligues were complaining about her service,i could rate her service at that time number 1amongst other indies,but I only spoiled my contact by sharing it on forum...many of us don't even know that I was the 1st person to introduced her to jameslecher...

Don't take any message personally,anybody mentioned your name...no na...then why are you so aggressive to respond back...
I would request you share indies worth 2-3k for their experience, let new joiner take a pain to find new contacts, earlier also we were doing the same with newbies,you are also old member and if you wish to help newbies then give them different different contacts...many old members helped me with their contacts and still I negotiated with them on rate provided and brought them down to provided rate.
Don't be so aggressive with old members and so responsive to new members...
Help newbies no problem, but with different different contacts with less budget...

What a weird mentality!!! Humare saath aisa hua toh doosron ke saath bhi aisa hona chahiye mentality. On the first day of joining this group itself I got many contacts. While others were asking for reference, I didn't need any reference. And most of the women responded positively. Some took time but they did respond later. Leave aside your senior junior mentality. We all are equal and our aim for joining this group is the same. This is not a workplace where your seniority will give you more salary.
