All rubbish !! You are going by the Book Info and I am saying from my personal experience and interaction with a HIV Specialist DR and certain NGO who work for HIV Awareness I also posted this info some days back based on my past experience of meeting a HIV Specialist Dr and certain NGO's as I personally faced this same situation some years back. The risk of HIV getting infecting from a mother's milk to anyone other than the baby is about 0.01% which is Nil ! Nada !! Only if the person is gonna drink huge amount of milk would that be in certain quantity to carry the Virus and infect the person. Which is impractical. Hence no it does not carry any infection ! Period !!

A Lacting mother's Milk and bodily fluids are two different things. Had it been body secretions yes the chances are very high ! But not gulping some Milk.

"The Risk of Transmission of HIV from Breast Milk is unknown" so thre is no an anecdotal evidence to prove that. So the medical fraternity cannot prove that it causes only because of Breast Milk, it is primarily because of other ways of infection from a mother to child. Like I said before show me one documented case here who has been infected with HIV only because of drinking Milk from a HIV Infected Mother that too a Grown Adult who was was fucking her and drank milk from her breasts.
