I'm not aware of any research into this but given that the SARS-COV2 virus can be spread though literally every other way I suspect so. Some viruses are known to be killed by the enzymes in saliva. Since this virus is most easily spread via the inhlation of droplets of expelled air that carry the virus, I suspect if one of you has the virus, there's a high degree of likelihood of it spreading, swallowing or not. Just being in proximity to the other for a moderately long term is going to be enough.

Honestly, I am still amazed that spas got permission to open again. It really makes no sense.
