After seeing Kali numerous times, I thought today would have been the same as with most other times. Turns out I was very wrong.
After seeing her on Wednesday with the severe timing issue I encountered(their end, not mine), I asked her if she was working the rest of the week. When she told me her schedule, I asked her for the last slot available for Friday. On Thursday, she sent me a text asking if I wanted to come in for 3pm on Friday, which I told her 3pm was fine. I got no response from her which was alright cause I figured she might be busy at the time. Today, I text her confirming the 3pm appointment, only to be asked if I can come in at 4:30pm. I was a little confused as to why she would push the appointment back, but she explained why. As I was heading over to Jaileys, I decided to text her with an outfit request, only to be told that my appointment for pushed even further to 6pm. At this point in time, the lack of notice was a little frustrating, but it wasn't a big issue for me, so I stayed relatively close by and went to Southgate Mall until it was time.
As soon as I got to Jaileys, I walked in, and was told that Kali was in a session. I was also told that another person had also booked with her after, so I guess I was never booked in from the start. Wasn't too sure as to why I wasn't booked in, but was told to come in anyways, so I left a little angry for the wasted time.
After an hour or so had passed, I was still a little angry at all the time I had wasted trying to get to Jaileys on time, only to be turned away. I decided to speak with management and gave them a call(they have that sign in every room). I spoke with the owner of Jaileys and informed him about what had happened, and why it has no logical explanation. He agreed, and told me it was unacceptable. We spoke for a bit about what had happened, and he offered to make amends to me.
After what I went through today, I decided I will not be seeing Kali again. What she did was inappropriate, and was not a good representation of what she was in the past when I saw her. Had she given me a bit of notice as to what was going on, or tell me she was unavailable tonight, the outcome would be more desirable and less time would have been wasted on my end. If she just didn't want to see me again, she could have told me that, and I would have respected her choice and not book with her anymore, rather then her asking me what time I wanted to come in. I used to be a regular with her, but not anymore.
As for the owner of Jaileys. He was very pleasant to talk to, and was really down to earth. He was willing to make amends to me, and I respect a business that will listen to their clients feedback and be able to respond to it appropriately. Very professional IMO
