There are ways to post a full service flat rate as there are alot of agenys and independents that have been doing it for years they just use different phrases and descriptions. I respect a persons choice and decisions and you can get into alot of legal trouble if you upsell to the wrong person in the presence of hidden cameras etc.... as well as if you proposition for full service in the view of hidden camers or microphones. I`ve been there and done that, the only thing that saved me was the ability to hire a top notch (expensive) lawyer that got it dismissed on a very small technicality. Good lucks always been with me. I am MUCH more careful now and only go to the full service/flat rate up front (gfe), ones that my friends that I can trust recommend or to the ones I`ve seen before. But it all depends on how you want to go about it. If you don`t like the way its advertised don`t complain just don`t go and perhaps let them know (just once is plenty) why you did not want to do business with them. Pretty plain and simple.
