true (to an extent) - from my previous experience in the property management industry, when there is something shady taking place in a professional shared / permanent office building, TPS is fairly quickly to act due to pressures from a major corporation.

its everyone's choice to go or not go go, i am just flagging in case anyone gets caught up in this.

operating a rub & tug inside a shared corporate space (in the first place) is a risky move.

Agreed 100%. Other "respectable" businesses nearby will not appreciate a "bawdy-house" in the same building. If you Google search "Lotus Massage Studio", you will eventually reach this forum (because it's visible to the public) - and you would learn that some masseuse is charging $350 for FS - and is offering CBJ nowadays. Word spreads fast when you're greedy. LOL!

Home Depot has a corporate office in that building. There are some tech/software companies too. And the fact that Lotus Massage Studios is attracting a specific kind of clientele in a warped attempt to empower women is kind of interesting. I am sure some tech geek is running into some odd strangers in the elevators.
