That's because heightened.. LE checks are going on.. last Saturday LE went and checked up the place opp the famous hospital. .. rooms were opened and checked.. so better to keep calm till things are sorted

But i really did not get the answer to my first question. safe and risky both. I did not get it. Either safe or risky ? Be very careful doing any penetration sexual activity like Blowjob or vaginal fuck. It carries risk of HIV even using a condom though it is minimal.
