The "not enough resources" party line BS aside, I think they know it already, since he seems to be admit those laws are "lesser". Since I first read this 3 years ago, I've heard this guy's name in the news whenever they're talking about going after kiddie diddlers. That's what they should should be doing.

And they're trying to get the women in the business to report assaults to them (see article in The Star today), but if they were serious about protecting them they would be telling us and the politicians that the laws should be changed to allow them to work more safely.
