I am married so this will not happen, but as a young, single and socially awkward man I would have entertained the idea, even tried it out for a little while, but ultimately for me to take a relationship seriously it would have to have been monogamous. Just like most of the BBFS lists on here, where well over half of the posts are total BS, the 'I am dating an MPA and need advice' is far more likely a fantasy post than a real one. Be realistic -- who would go on this board, of all boards, to ask for advice about a thing like that.

As far as dating an MPA, I've mildly considered this question before (mostly as a hypothetical), and I don't think having a gf who was a sex worker would bother me very much as far as the sex stuff is concerned. It's not like I'm some kind of sex saint, and in a way, I would almost prefer an open relationship that allowed some harmless fun and games. Hell, it would probably make sex more fun, since she could do half the hunting.

A much bigger issue for me would be whether or not they were willing to be discrete about their employment. I could never, ever date an MPA who was face out and telling the world what they do. That kind of thing would wreak havoc with family, friends, and my workplace, since in all three zones, there would not be any level of acceptance. I guess some people are lucky enough to come from bohemian families and work in environments where anything goes, but that's certainly not my world, and to have even a chance of success, I think an MPA GF would have to be willing to put on the mask and 'clean up' when the sun is out.

Kind of an unfair ask though, which is why this question never goes anywhere beyond the completely hypothetical.
