Had been trying to find places and came across one that looked like a very clean spa at the first look but somehow it also gave vibes of extras. Haven't really come across any reviews about it so just something I discovered on my own. May be I missed the reviews. Called in to check the rates & hindi speaking guy answered which was unusual for a place that looked this classy (1st Hint). It's in a pretty crowded place but in a secluded building. Went there early morning and bumped into a girl in robe (minority) in the lift. Turns out she was going to the same place. Couldn't see much of her as she was wearing a mask & robe but didn't look too bad. Went to the counter & checked prices. Was quoted 1.5K for 45 min dry and 2K for 60 min oil. Opted for the latter. Was taken inside a password protected area and then to the room. It had attached shower and looked pretty clean. Asked the counter guy if they have local or NE, he said both. But I saw another local plump chick walk in so decided to go with NE as it was my first visit. In comes 20 something very cute & petit Mizo chick. She wore a black dress. Massage was very low pressured but hands were sliding through dispo. 30 mins in, she asked if I want extras. Quoted 3K for B2B & 8K for FS for NE. Said Local rates are cheaper but for NE this is the standard. Negotiated B2B to 2.5K as she wouldn't budge at 2. She mentioned she'll need to check with the counter. She came back and agreed. Took off her dress & bra with only panties on her. Got on top of me and rubbed her all over me. Had handful boobs and cutest butt I've ever seen. Hey guys, had visited Spanish rice a couple of times. Counter paid was ₹1200 for 1 hour massage + shower time. Haven’t come across any hot-in-bed therapist here. The receptionist or owner named emmy (pls correct this if I’m wrong) or something is actually very gorgeous and has a good dressing sense too. The other times I visited was received by this straight face BBW type receptionist who only assigns BBW type girls for some reason. Went there yesterday, had booked and confirmed my appointment, but sadly the therapist suggested by the fellow member wasn't there (she'll come back in the 1st week of March).
Since I was unsure who to select, I asked the manager for the line up and she showed 3 therapists (2local and 1 ne) neither were upto the mark, however went with the ne.

The massage was good (since my expectations were rock bottom looking at the therapists), good conversations.

Coming to the extras, opted for hj+tl, they only offer that, negotiated the rate enjoyed myself and moved out.

Face: 5/10
Boobs : 6/10 (a little saggy)
Damages: 1.5 counter + 1.1 extras.

Located in the basement/parking of Heer@ P@nn@.

It's a branch of H!LL sp@ located in ch@rni road (so you can tell them you are a frequent goer in their branch for "better service")

So pretty much looks like a good place in the first glance.
Before visiting I called them up to check with the rates and I told them I usually get sms from the other branch of theirs.

Tried to bargain a bit with the guy at the reception but it didn't really worked in my favour so took 45min since I didn't really had much time anyway.
He did verify if I had visited them before though he directly told me "sir we do have Thai masseuse but you know how it is with the rates" I did see some amazing bombs there and I was tempted to try but then my wallet said "Bhai kya kar rha hai tu" (In Shark Ashneer's tone).

So the guy took me to the room and asked me to get settle while he went outside and yelled "Magma" To allocate my room. I was kinda happy to hear the name as it didn't sound Indian but soon came an early 20s girl whose name was "Nagma" (FML) I was like hell with it she is ok and I can just carry on with what I came for.

Apparently she was weak in English so asked me to talk in Hindi which was ok, started with name sake massage but could see she is really new into this.
Chit chatted for a while and got to know she is just 21 and for extras she can do Hj+ TL for 2.5k and B2B for 5k .. I just burst out of laughter but then I bargained for 1.7k for TL+HJ suddenly she wanted to go to the washroom as she was on her "periods" And then came in another lady in punjabi dress claiming as the owner and asked me to pay the girl 2k as she is new and someone who doesn't know. First of all why the hell she even came in my room and then asking me to pay more I was like fck it I have already spoke about the amount and that's what I am paying.

Later on the girl came back and started the work and honestly I felt she is kinda innocent so went on with the deed, got a good HJ but her titties felt like someone who is just 18 and i felt weird touching them lol.

Anyway I immediately left after I showered but glanced at another thai and I felt like going for round 2 luckily my brain is stronger than my dick and it got me out from there.

Took a shower and while paying her, she had the audacity to ask, 300 for "cleaner boy". Did not pay and left.

Service: HJ/TA 2k , nego hj/ta for 1.5k (Lot of nakhra)
Counter: 2k - including steam. (which did not opt)
Bad experience

Did by any chance u asked for pooja or pushpa (she was haryanvi lady) there.
I had Her TL, HL, BM, totally sawpna chaudary style she was.
Only for her if she exists or have transfered somewhere else will visit for sure.

There was a place called rudra salon and spa.
It used be a totally FS for spa section.
I stayed close to this place, hence a regular.
Heard its changed or new saloon and spa has taken over, if u go plz update FR.
I miss All the spas in our town. From worli to colaba. Will be bacl soon.

Rudra was replaced by Sohum, but that shut too (coffee shop building).

please be aware - the ambience was not hygenic , water leaking though AC.
Towels were damp and so was the massage bed - may be they dont change it

floor was slippery with oil at many places.

Overall
Massage - 7/10
Looks of NE - 7/10
Hygiene - 1/10
Will i return - mostly not
