Note that this is about Manami from Nasty Dolls, not Tokyo Melty Kiss. Also, I don't think she's trying to cash in on TMK Manami's name recognition; Manami is not an unusual Japanese girl's name.

I provided AM with a detailed description of my appearance down to exactly what I was wearing and I was the only fool standing right in front of the Starbucks for so long, so this shouldn't have been an issue. When I called AM, they told me Arisa couldn't find me and had left, and then told me I'd have to pay them a 3000 yen "cancellation fee" if I wanted to use their service again. Not cool at all.
So I went back to my hotel room kinda bummed out. It wasn't the end of the world or anything, I was just disappointed that my trip, at least that aspect of it, would end on such a low note. The girls AM still had available were of no interest to me, and having to pay them for wasting my limited time in Japan was a bitter pill.

Now, it may just be that she's just that good at her job, but given what a cynical, cold-hearted bastard I am, if it was just her selling that illusion, then she sold it so well that she fooled even me. So was I, but I had somewhere else I needed to be or I would've gladly escorted her to wherever she needed to go. My last words to her might have been lost to the crowds as we parted, but I tried to tell her that I'd be back as soon as I could, and I would definitely look her up again.

It was an amazing experience that I won't soon forget, and I felt I needed to share it with someone, and it's not really something I'd share with family and friends lol As far as I'm concerned, AM is dead to me!
