I spent a week in Pattaya in Mar. 2004, before coming down to Phuket for another two weeks. I can not see how anybody, that is in any way interested in getting laid, could not achieve this in Pattaya.
I found the ladies in Pattaya were a lot more forward, and direct, towards hooking-up with you than in Phuket. Despite my shyness, I seemed to do all right, in both places.
