When it comes to evaluating asian female beauty Asian guys are really really picky and it doesn't matter if they were born and raised here or in Asia, both groups seem to have the same level of standards. I showed Olivia's Pic to a few Asian friends and as I suspected all 3 said same thing:

There are reasons she's booked round the clock. Most of that is most likely due to the fact she's the only Chinese attendant they have (Chinese guys being notoriously racist in favour of their own ethnicity, and having a particular disdain for 'off Asians' like Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai, etc.). However, call it what it is. She's reasonably young, and attractive. Denying that just makes you look petty.

I personally find her personality on social media very unattractive. She comes off as pretentious, self-involved, and money-hungry, none of which are virtues I find attractive. Even if it's just a marketing schtick, it's gross, and tremendously unappealing to me.

However, I think it's worth giving credit where it's due. She's cute, very good at performing in the room, and can probably make her inflated prices work, given the legion of devoted Beta-boys she has wrapped around her finger. Assuming money is the only barometer used to define success, she's probably making the right move.
