At this point it really doesn't matter who wins. The US is so divided at this point that no matter who wins the other side is going to be pissed. The vote count is roughly 50/50. I know Biden probably got a few million more votes but in the grand total that isn't a lot, especially when those votes are concentrated in LA, NYC, and Chicago. Even the states are basically split 50/50. You have two US countries at this time. Maybe we will see an east and west or back to the north and south US states with two governments.
Senate still going red and the house staying blue although with less of a group as they lost something like 7 to 10 seats to the Republicans. So if Biden gets in, nothing happens because the Senate votes down everything. They try to use the supreme court to do their bidding, oh wait, another republican judge was just sworn in giving a republican leaning supreme court. If Trump wins, the Democrats still control the House and can vote down shit. So no matter the end result the US government is going to be a shit show.
Unfortunately in Canada, the current Liberal government should have lost the confidence of the house many times since the last election but the leader of the NDP doesn't want another election because they will likely lose even more seats than they did last time so they keep propping up the Liberal government, and the Liberal government keeps throwing them a bone every now and again to make it look like they are providing a tough negotiation and holding them accountable.
And yes all politicians are liers and pieces of crap no matter which party or country.
