I use prossage heat and tiger balm very often in my practice.When I use tiger balm, I use it more for deep tissue and trigger point work when the client has extremely tense muscles, but I don't use it all over (the back, for instance) as a massage oil.Prossage Heat seems to be more versitile for me, in that I can use it both as a massage oil (spot areas only, like back) and I can use it for any spot specific work that I do. The fragrance is good, and it disipates after a while unlike other sports cremes and oils.Hope this helps you!Dana
