When you see several negative reviews for a product on Amazon that you might be interested in purchasing, you don't see a group of people rallying together, pleading to the seller "don't worry about all the people who are criticizing your product, they are just haters, ill buy your stuff and support you because your a great company!", you take the reviews into account (good and bad), do more research and validate the claims, if you see that a large number of people have the same complaints and are saying the same negative things, i guarantee that you will pass and look for another brand/product (rare times your wrong, but more often that ends up being rhe right decision). You will do this on a $10 phone case, but when it comes to a $200+ massage common sense seems to go out the window and you get all sentimental!
Think with the right head people! If Shina's services were available on Amazon, she would at best have a 3 star rating! Lol seperate emotion from your decision, or you will eventually be burned in this industry - take it from experince!
