I hear it goes quiet at 12, and not too safe at late hours coz of LE activities.

Is 2-3pm post lunch the best time and get out before 6-7pm?

I will be a solo traveller, so any advice is appreciated.

The SPA ambience is decent room was equipped with glass door shower, AC/Fans were in working condition.
