Licence Fees, Lease Costs, Heat, Electricity, Water, Taxes, Security, Maintenance, Accounting and Legal Fees/Retainers, Payroll (Managers/Door staff), etc.

After all is said and done the MP owner probably, at best, walks away with 20% of that number

I wonder if the costs really are that much ... need a real estate guy or an owner to vouch this. Just taking a shot in the dark.

License : 10,000 x 4 operators = 40,000
Lease : 3,000 x 12 months = 36,000 (remember assume 4MPAs on staff/shift)
Utilities : 1,000 x 12 = 12,000 (sorry no clue)
Security : 120 x 12 = 1,440
Property Taxes + Property Maintenance Costs : 3,600 + 500 x 12 months = 9,600
Maintenance : 1,000 x 12 = 12,000
Accounting : 2,000 per year
Legal Fees/Retainers : 1,000 x 12 months = 12,000 (sorry no clue)
Staff : 3,000 x 12 months = 36,000

Total : 161,140 + Fines?

Just messing with numbers ... even with 20% of 700,000 = 140,000 net.

If it wasn't lucrative there wouldn't be so many ...
