No thanks. If you were truely a "pussy" I may want to "respectfully" fuck you as that's what "pussys" are for, but you're clearly not. ;-)
Leaving the bad jokes aside, I think you're right. I would also like to think that few on this board would disagree with you -- although I can't say for sure. Most of the prostitutes I've met down there are simply nice people who need to do this type of work to feed their kids. For the most part, they don't do it because they enjoy it; they do it because they have to. Such is the nature of the Mexican economy.
Quite frankly, if I had the power to improve the Mexican economy to the point where it is no longer necessary for these women to prostitute themselves, I would. Since we don't, however, the best we can do is be nice to those women we choose to patronize.
I do not, however, think that prostitution in TJ is going to go any time soon, reguardless of who becomes the next President of Mexico. Basically. the pattern you will see throughout the world and throughout history is that legal or illegal, where there is poverty there is prostitution. There is alot of poverty in TJ, so there will be alot of prostitution. It's that simple. It's a bitter pill to swallow, but if you go down there to patronize the prostitutes, then you are benefiting from their poverty.
Don't feel TOO bad though. If you don't go down there, they will still be poor. If we could cure their poverty I would like to think we would. Since we can't, the most we can do is treat them with dignity.
