What was the purpose of the SRM party?

I guess from the sounds of it people from massageplanet.net either enjoyed themselves of found the party a bit subdued. I myself didn't go so I can't comment on this.

But what I'm wondering is what is the purpose?

In terms of promotion it's not necessary seeing as the massageplanet.net guys and regulars of SRM slready know about the place.

If it's to meet girls that they haven't seen before then one could just walk in to SRM for an introduction.

If it's to give back to the MPAs via prizes etc why not make it an event that they might enjoy more than a SC?

I think that some MPAs might not like it because their job may be a secret and going to the SC might not be the most discrete thing a lot more chances of running into someone than at a MP.

Also, I think it's a bit creepy in that if these girls had any interest in spending time with us outside of work they wouldn't need a special night to do so.

It might also be awkward for the MPA because some regulars might get jealous or upset if they percieve the MPA to being more friendly to someone else etc etc etc.

Also, some MPAs might not drink or be into the loud music of a SC.

Anyways, I didn't go because I enjoy massages at SRM very much but I'm not really into extending the fantasy beyond the walls of SRM over to a SC even if it's just one night.

Just curious to see what other people think about it.

I think a better anniversary would be a week where door fees and possibly tips were each $10 cheaper than normal with random draws for door prizes and for the girls they could all be entered into a raffle for their prize (since not all girls might want to dance for the prize).

Anyways, Dr. Joy and Micron if you're reading this I am just suggesting something that might be better for both customers (discounts/prizes), owners(increased attendance due to discounts) and MPA(more comfortable for them/prizes where all have an equal chance of winning).

Guess I should explain why I didn't go.

It was partly due to work and not wanting to stay out late.

But it was mainly due to the fact that I didn't want be one of those guys flocking to my favourite MPAs trying to get a sceond of their time.

Also, I like to mix it up and see a number of girls so I don't want any girls to get upset if I talk more to one than another. I am in no way gods gift to MPAs but I have come across MPAs who do act weird in that situation (not at SRM thankfully).

I've never been to SRM or any other mp for that matter, but I went with a pal to see what it was all about. From what I could see Frank the girls were having the time of their life dancing around on stage together.

I can't speak to how this party went, but I went to two past HFH anniversary parties, and ended up booking with a woman I met there not long after. if I hadn't met them there who's to say I don't stick with what I know?

I may be new here, but Frankcastle what is the point of this whole thread. Everybody knows why they had the party....get the guys all excited and extend the fantasy beyond the room. Did the girls want to be there? Hell no! Do the girls want to hang out with us sliders? Not on your life. That's what the booze and perks are for.

Lastly why is it that you feel to tell everyone why you didn't go? Who the fuck cares.

Exactly, you agree with my points. But my point is why excite the exicted (seeing as these are sliders who attend and SRM's rep and reviews speak for itself)?

I was just curious to see how people felt about the party.

As for why I said why I didn't go. I felt I should explain that if I'm going to talk about the SRM party.

Thanks for your perspective (seeing as you were there), glad the girls seemed to have a good time. I wasn't suggesting that the girls would be moping and crying seeing as they are able to appear to enjoy my massages.

I think the chance for intros is probably the key reason for sliders to go (i have a feeling a few guys will be trying someone new). My only comment on that is that the same can be accomplished at the spa.

YES FC, you're correct in saying that some girls were more comfortable mixing with clients than others. Some stayed in the corner of the smoking room but I suppose that's their choice to be anti-social.

The only downside for me is that I didn't get to see Athena coz she left early.

Sometimes a party is just a party Frank. A chance for all the girls to get out together and celebrate along with their employers. Luckily for us they are kind enough to invite us along. It doesn't need further analysis.

Personally, I had an enjoyable time. It was nice to chat with Joy and Anita and several of the girls who I hadn't seen for a while. From what I saw it looked like the girls were having a great time together. Nothing wrong with that.

And I got to meet Lizz for the first time ...

I have to hand it to Joy and Anita for trying to put this together, but I must says that I was a little dissapointed. The girls really didn't seem interested in meeting chatting with the boys, they spent alot of time in the smoking room. It's been a while since I had been to SRM and I was hoping to meet someone as friendly as Cyan that I could seen on a regular basis. Luckily I found Liz and she was great, very friendly and the reason I booked a session with her on Sunday. I don't know why I waited so long to see her.
I do like Frank's idea of offering cheaper door fees or some other promotion for the anniversary. If they want to go out and party then they should just do it for themselves, I felt ignored.

P.S. I hope my grammar and spelling are ok, had a few to many pops after our softball game tonight.

Aries response was more what I expected things to be like. Not all the girls will want to schmooze for X number of reasons. Which in a way means they don't have a shot at the prizes if they don't want to dance.

Perhaps taking the cash and splitting it with all the girls who have been there for a set amount of time (e.g 6 months or a year).

My point was to suggest ways of giving back to clients and MPAs equally.

Maybe there could be a system of a discount for booking girls you never seen before to promote guys trying out new girls. During the week of the anniversary. Or door prizes or other incentives.

As for the girls I think a more equitable way of sharing prizes to prevent any sort of jealousy that might arise would be good too. I'm sure if each girl got $100 gift certificate to say Yorkdale or Eaton's Centre would make them all happy.

The girls were not forced to attend the anniversary party and the ones that went to the after party were all having a blast and a good time. A lot of joking, play wrestling (go Joy, go!) and cake were enjoyed by all.

The whole idea of the party was a night out for the girls, it wasnt so much for us as it was for them. HFH does the same at Palazzo's (sin city) and other places have their own ideas.
