What was the purpose of the SRM party?

Gotta agree with Frankcastle. I mean who invites a bunch of guests and then ignores them right thru the party?! Given that the guys were invited, the girls should at least have chatted a little with them.

Some of the girls headed off early to another club to have more fun with each other anyway. Is is too much to ask that for the hour or so they were at Diva's, they could have chatted to the guys occasionally?

The only reason I got invited was because I didnt arrive until everyone was leaving. I guess ya could say Joy felt "sorry" for this dejected guy.

I tried to talk to as many as possible, but they kept getting pulled away by other girls to go smoke and spent alot of time in there or they were holding hands in groups while walking around. Were they afraid of us jumping out from behind couches and mauling them? I'm sure if I were a smoker I would have gotten a chance to chat a little more, but I refuse to spend any time in one of those cancer rooms.

The girls weren't interested in interacting with any of the guys very much. And most guys just hovered around (like me) getting bored while the girls partied with each other.

Is the after party just a polite way of saying a majority of the girls left Diva's and went to a club together, so they could get away from the massageplanet.net guys? Nobody knows how to boast quite like you, Sheik.

Unless you and the MPA's genuinely get along with each other, these parties are pretty much a recipe for disappointment. Like others have said, most (the ones who know they can score some new clients obviously wont) will keep to themselves and want nothing to do with you during the PR function/party.

Never been one to be the guy at the club who gawks at girls and tries lame stuff to get their attention.

If I want to have a genuine conversation with a woman I'll look for one that is looking for a conversation not someone who's there because it's their job.

I don't bother going to promotional parties because I don't want to be a hanger on.
