Waste of money hai bhai. And unnecessary headache hai. Plus if you are the possessive type, then din raat ka tension rahega.
But if you are cool and can handle it without getting emotional then monthly salary will be around one lakh in Rajmahal. Some girls can come for as low as 60k too! But then, there will be additional demands for clothes, jewellery, tickets for her khandan, money for some sick relatives, etc. Total upwards of 15 lakhs a year. (OB girls in good bars milk there regulars with astronomical figures. One girl from Cabana OB recently got a gift of Merecedes Umatic.....utne paise mein koi heroine ko baja sakte hain )

Overall my recommendation is to totally AVOID

@ 2 Paisa advice from my side.

Please AVOID this pagaar business, in the end u will feel frustrated and cheated. If you are possessive even to small % u will invite Hyper tension and other illness and these girls will still will healthy and looking another one.

Even though I have not kept the girl on Pagaar but have exclusive write on my girl.

So my experience is hardly 2 year old with fixed girl. U will endup coughing out approx 1'2 mio. year but other expenses, movie for self and for family, dinner, pub visit with guys in family , shopping etc. All this expense on top of Pagaar amount.

So please AVOID.

Cannot share much details but I can assure the guy who is asking this question that even he make that girl sit on pagar she will definitely go for entry outside.

If one think that he will get information from bar staffs or fellow girls than he is absolutely wrong.

Let me assure you, in today’s world it is very difficult to keep a qualified employee from freelancing on the side. Loyalty, exclusivity etc are old, outdated concepts now. If you confront them, they will give you lectures on the upcoming gig economy etc.
If you even manage to get them to be loyal, they will expect long term benefits. Are you ready to pay a pension to her when she turns into an old, useless hag? Think of all these things.

The bar girls, with their “holesome” qualifications and talents know that they have a max 15 year shelf life. They will try to maximise revenues in their prime.

Instead join the gig economy. Hire talent when the need pops up. Pat for the gig, move on, find a better one for the next “assignment”

I have put a Diva on Pagaar for a year. From paying her rent to giving her my credit cards to transferring her cash every now and then to buying a car for her (thank god I registered car on my name or else would have lost it when we separated) to what not.

In the end it did limit her from getting fucked by random guys in Las Vegas, but eventually what happened was inevitable. She was found with other guy.

Now, she getting fucked by others isn’t really an issue but it becomes when we are paying her pagaar. I don’t know but it’s natural. Why would she see other guys when we are owning her.

There is no way to know though, unless we are stalking her.
I would too, like others saidavoid this Pagaar business. The amount of money we waste is equal to several pussies we could fuck.

Instead of having someone on Pagaar, a better idea is to get close to bar girls, fuck her 2-3 times, spend good on her and then ignore her. She will come to you on her own. That’s what I do now. And the result is obvious.

Dekh bhai I neither have problem with you nor with him.

I have some issue with him ( CP) a year back and we both solved our issue by talking to each other.Now we have no issue and we positively reply to each other from that day.
Neither he know me nor I know him but we made our line of limit from than.
Someday I criticised his post and some day he advise me not to stick to girl and we take these posts positively.
So If a person can end fight with me ( another member whom he don’t know) than why he will not end what’s currently going on.

I have respect for the other senior members side too but you both have to understand that other people are suffering from your fight.

I think most of the guy here are 30+ and its time not to fight like teenagers.

One Member whom with I have miscommunication is now one of my good Forum Friend.
3-4 seniors whom I met at bars and they know who I m but we didn’t talk about each other on Forum.

I have got many helps from senior members and even I got wrong information from one of senior member of forum but I never complained him or talked openly on forum about that.

We are mature enough to handle this small situation and believe me bhai there is nothing wrong taking behind few steps if many people get effected from this step.

Making friend is very difficult as you have to gain confidence of the other guy but making enemy require only 2 seconds, Just use one bad word like Mc Bc the person will become your enemy even he hadn’t seen you in his lifetime before.

Most of the "new" girls in RajMahal are on "base" salary that starts at Rs30k per month plus a cut of whatever they earn in tips for dancing and banging. Girls who have been around for a while definitely gross upwards of 1 lakhs per month at RajMahal. You would need to pay them more than the gross amount they make per month. On top of that, as everyone else pointed out, they will still sleep around behind your back.

Summary -> no point in paying a bar girl a monthly salary. Go bang 20 girls per month for the same amount of money in RajMahal (around Rs 4.5k per session upstairs in their lodge).
