Girl: main har saal karti hun, iis baar thoda problem hai, mai ganpati bhagwan ko bahut manti hun. Aap kitna kar sakte ho batao, mera mobile number pe Gpay kar do

Me: mere paas paisa nahi hai...

I could have answered lot more harshly, but thought it is only waisting my valuable energy at the wrong place.

Last time during ganpati puja, one girl has sent me her picture. She was wearing gorgeous saree, huge ornaments covered her neck, wrists. She was with her other gorgeous friends. Side by her there was small ganpati bappa with minimal flowers and clothes. Lots of food/sweets items were placed adjacent to the deity. Lots of decorations, lights, sound systems were there. The expense for 10 days should not be less than 40 to 50k. Clothes and ornaments are separate.

One way I got surprised, and other way I felt pity for our Ganesh bhagwan also.
Does ganpati want us to borrow/deceive money from others and spend on lavish ornaments, saree, decoration, food items..

Does Ganpati wants us to observe the festival in such lavish way, without an iota of pure bhakti??

These stupid girls are exploiting these religious and traditional rituals by transforming traditional techniques and methods into the modern ones, which are dangerous and hazardous to mankind.

Crux of the matter is Girls find/exploit every potential occasion to ask help/money from mongerers.

Haha now I really feel after reading so much of post about girls needing help from monger that either I m lucky or they feel that I m lukkha enough to fulfil their demands.

Who are the best entry girls at Mayur these days ?
Things seem to have shaken up quite a bit post Covid. I was there a few weeks back and there was nary a familiar face. Normally, in the older days visiting Mayur in the afternoon would generally guarantee a good lay.
