I was there three weeks ago and I drove by today and it is still open. I am new to MPs ( always SPs in the past) so I am still trying to get the hang of it. My experience was similar to the now closed Lotus Spa in Newmarket with a few differences. I was quickly escorted into a room and got a glance a second room, I did not see any in room showers and I was not offered a shower (I was not too worried since I had showered beforehand) so I am not sure if there is a common shower or not. The other thing I did not have to do was immediately take off my shoes.
The room I was in was not as nice as the one shown in the picture earlier in the thread, no couch or sofa just a massage table and a couple of chairs. The place was very clean which I appreciate. The MPA was older (I just did a walk in) probably late 30's early 40's (I'm 60+ so everyone looks young to me so she could have been older), moderate english, asked whether I wanted firm or light massage and I went with the firm which was quite nice, not RMT quality, but a good rub down.
This was also my first visit where the tip was not negotiated prior to the flip so I was unsure of what to expect or what to say for that matter, however we sorted something out though she probably could tell I was not overly experienced in negotiations. Overall I would go back there though the parking is not very discrete. The MPA I had was working Tuesday- Wednesday, she never mentioned her name and I did not think to ask sorry. After the session there was some minor chit-chat in which she said that everyone was very nice in Keswick from the clients to the SPA owners and she had been enjoying her time at the SPA (three months). For some reason I found that interesting
