I think the boss knows. This has been an issue since the Spa started. But like speed driving, hard to catch and give a ticket to all. Police would only jump in if there were an accident. Managing staff is not easy, and there is no perfect world. Renee probably knows the troublemakers in the Spa and would get rid of them at the appropriate time.

That’s not acceptable. You should not accept that and asked for Renee if you booked Renee.
It happened once I booked one girl and she took a walk in before I arrived and asked me to take other girl or wait for 15 minutes so I just walked out. It might be booking issue but I wasn’t happy.
To be fair after I complained to a Renee it never happened again so far.

Think being the operative word here. I try to report to Renee every incident that is
posted to try to alleviate the situation. Some are spa bashing and ignored after conversations
with the girl involved, others are legit and the boss reacts in her own way.

Supply and Demand - when it's busy it's take it or leave it. I've walked out in the past when bait and switched. So many spas in that area that it's wise to have a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th go-to option.

Of course, we should keep our options open just for a change sometimes. I personally like Rene and her team since opened in 2017. As KJ mentioned time really flies

She was cute and I had no issues so not going to complain to Renee. In fact I might go back to see her, but I have to figure out who she really was first ! I do have some ideas though.

Anyway, the bottomline is B&S at SL is not a big deal since almost everyone is top notch. Just different experience. If you are really hard up on someone specifically they can't really B&S you anyway.

If I’m new to SL, I want to see the girl has good reviews, I mean real reviews not fakes. Booked the girl then you got someone else? Unacceptable….. I don’t think Renee would allow that.
