It’s call disruption of the Market. Not sure how wealthy you are but not everyone is like you, I have enough money to do whatever I want to do I can give $10 - 20 more for a good service not going to tip $200 for sure.
It’s your money and no one cares how much you tip just no need to show up here.

I am not wealthy at all but I am very generous and love making someone happy. It makes me happy when i see happy faces of the girls. If the girl treats me well, i tip them very generously .
I am well recognized at all my regular restaurants and the girls there treat me very well as a special someone bcuz I always tip them good and treat them with respect and joking with them.

It's not just me. There are a few guys like me. One Chinese guy tipped a girl 300 bucks at a spa I was managing last 4 days ago. She is very sweet and shy girl and not too much extra service. Her face was glowing and so happy when I went into the room she was cleaning and told her another customer waiting in room 3. She looked so happy and so excited, so I asked what was going on. She showed me 3 brown bills and told me the guy tipped her too much...lol. I will never forget that smile on her face. The boss told me that customer is a regular at her spa and always tip very very well to every girl. He seems quite young in his early 40s and quiet type.

Since Rene manages SL and is there almost every day we can safely assume he was not referring to SL (potentially I&U). He also mentioned a shy girl that doesn’t give much in the way of extras. No girl @ SL fits that description (shy and restrictive). And lastly, he mentioned it was one guy who is on the quiet side in his 40s that tipped every girl he saw very well. So, he’s a unicorn client with deep pockets being generous and not the girl being money hungry. He gave an extreme example but I think the point he was trying to make is that a little extra something ($20 or $40) can go along long way in getting better service on repeat visits.
