In my experience I&u girls never talk about tips unless I gave her an indication that i want way more than happy ending and in a lot of time that is reasonable. and im pretty sure the boss will respond to that and update all girls regarding the tips guideline, hopefully that will help with your experience in future.

I agree with the rates listed here.. but I would have to question your experience here (over the years) at this spa if you haven't yet paid more than you shouldve for extras. That being said I&u is a well run spa by Jessica, and was one of the top spas I frequented over the years. No disrespect but let's be real your the new promo person at I&u so everything is good right?

I go to I&u the most and make replies here because it’s my favourite spa because I have breakfast beside them everyday and I repeat the same girls, they are on my rotation for almost 2 years. There’s always good and bad for different spa, but in my opinion I&u is like well-run you are correct.

Let’s look at a bigger picture if I go to any spa:
if the girl asked me for more than she should, I would just say no, or I would just accept if I really like her look and be like an one time thing, because I know she won’t last long and I probably won’t see her again

In terms of what you say about the grey hair girl, I’m sure jessica will investigate and act on it since she already replied to you as well.

I have been going to iu, since they opened and I never got a girl asking me more than the market price. But I always gave them more than that and still doing it.
Unless, I wanted to have more than BS , then they will give me a price. If I don't like the price, then I simply say no to it and finish with the bs and hj .

For the record I think this is a great spa and not all girls are like this. I believe there's a wider problem across the spa industry of ppl over tipping creating a false standard in the girls minds. The girls think their time is worth these inflated prices. That includes semi-legit and fs places. It's like made to believe their vagina has gold trim or something. I'm only asking for fair markt value, but if other mans simpin paying more for no reason.i guess we're all fakd.

You are absolute right that’s why it is so busy everyday. most importantly the grey hair girl that you dislike is no longer with I&u. Heading there for breakfast and for another early session now

Had an appt with the girl with grey hair and massage was good but she was tip hungry..asking for daty prices without that service. I've been coming here for while now and there are some good ones for sure like Victoria and Lucy (haven't tried kiki or Yumi) but have delt with many that don't give fair price ..I haven't talk negative about this spa but I've been a great customer over the years and expect fair prices as there is plenty competition in Markham area.

Then the girl can just ask a higher amount of tip, just for the customer to stop bothering her for more service and stop asking about it. Also, not all the girls will offer the same amount of services, for the same amount of money. If the girl is tip hungry, I will just say no and will not choose her next time. It's her loss.

To be fair, the girls never asked for money, even after my sessions. If you ask for more than the actual services, then you should expect to pay more.
I gave them more tips, when I'm happy with their services. I'm always happy at iu.

You are absolutely right. Sometimes if the girl is trying to price gouge, it’s most likely she doesn’t even want to provide you that service, but if you are willing to give the ridiculous price then she will just suck it up and do it.
If the girl actually likes you, and willing to make you happy, there’s no conversation needed for what service or tips to be provided.. they already know, just like one girl at I&u recently told me, I know you so much, do whatever..
