The difference between me and you guys is , most of you guys don't have the guts to tell the bosses what was wrong with their spas and what were needed to improve things for everyone , girls and customers alike. All you guys know is how to suck up the spa bosses how to bash me. .
Here is what I told to Bay Wood boss. I have done the same with spas that have no showers and girls not taking shower. Sentosa installed a hand held one after I complained.

As per parking, the spa looks to be on the north end of the plaza. The parking lot when you pull in and go north dead ends. Bartholomew's is like a viral place, I go often and I swear it is almost as bad as Japan the number of people I see come in and snap photos. So parking is usually tough to get but it does turnover quick since they got rid of the little counter and seats.

Alternately instead of turning left as soon as you enter the strip plaza, carry on east along what looks like the back of some units and then take a left north, and there is additional parking there. Don't think there is parking on Edgeley or the side street.
